A Good Habit

Did you know that self-critical people suffer more from stress and pain than others? Make a habit of complimenting yourself over something good that you have done at the end of each day. I’m helping a friend with his blog today, and I’m also going to the Salvation Army with a bag of clothes that I don’t need any more. I’m complimenting myself in advance because I feel pretty good just thinking about it. What good deeds are you planning to do today? //Marianne
