Apologies – easy or difficult?

People who see themselves as victims often find it difficult to apologise. If we have made a mistake, it’s essential to apologise. When we apologise, we take responsibility for our actions. There is a big difference between apologising and asking for forgiveness. When we ask for forgiveness, we ask someone else to do something, which they may not want to or be able to do.   2. not easy…..,,and have to admit i dont sometimes…its an ego thing and i feel terrible afterwards am learning,am learning
