One thing at a time

Give yourself the opportunity to change old habits by doing something different today – just one thing is enough. Be open-minded and inquisitive and after a week or so you might want to do two things differently. In a month, there may be three things and for every week that passes you will discover new, fantastic things about yourself and about others. //Marianne

  1. Yea for JOTS!! Does yesterdays “doing something different” count? A friend and I now volunteer to “deadhead” roses in the South Park Blocks…as a volunteer for the Portland Parks and Recreation department.
    Portland…City of Roses…awesome!
