Reminder

Before you leave the office for the day, write down 3 things you need to do tomorrow. If you don’t have time to do everything, move the items over to a new page if they are still relevant. This is a tool to help you prioritise what is most important. By doing this every day (including Fridays) you will create visual images which will mentally prepare you for the next day. Review it throughout the day. Lists – No!Lists have a tendency to get longer and longer and we often mix important and trivial items. They often give us a bad conscience too. //Marianne

  3. hey amiga! this is a really wise suggestion that makes so much sense! yes, lists seem to get longer and longer, though when i make a list and draw a line through the tasks as they’re completed, i feel a great sense of accomplishment. i can also see where it could make one feel inadequate if those items aren’t crossed off by the end of the day.
    it’ s great keeping up with you as we travel through new locations!
