Affirmation

DSC_3074An affirmation is an easy way to focus on things that you want to happen in your life. My personal one for December is; “I easily turn limitations into opportunities to grow. I am surrounded by caring and helpful people”. Remember to put your name before your affirmation, “I and then your name…” Read it often, and say it out aloud during the day.

Tomorrow I start a new segment I am calling – Fiji life. The first post is going to be about Alifereti Malai, a local artist that I interviewed about ten days ago. He has a very interesting life story, and I think you will be inspired by him. Ps, the photo is of one of his drawings which is on masi. //Marianne

  1. Affirmations are very powerful. I first started to use them more than 10 years ago and still use them daily, certain affirmations 200 times a day. It is so easy to use them, while walking to do errands, on the train, in waiting rooms, while taking a shower, etc. It is important, however, that people believe in what they affirm and see the affirmation already become reality, otherwise it does not work.

  2. very good idea Marianne! Thank you!

  3. Thanks for the affirmation!
