Good news


As we age, the hippocampus in our brain shrinks which results in memory loss, and that is bad news. On the other hand, research has found that exercise promotes new growth in this area, and that is good news. Swimming, walking, boxing, soccer, boot camp, pilates, squash, gym, jogging – there are hundreds of different ways to exercise, choose one or several and let the hippocampus begin to grow. //Marianne
