Do it the Snoopy way

IMG_7658Start the week in a great way, and do as Snoopy; keep calm and dance with a big smile on your face. Rise and shine, I promise that the dance will be good both for your body and your soul. Have a smashing Monday! // Marianne

Mind opener

Last year I saw a wonderful exhibition at the “The Riverside Museum” in Glasgow. It made me think, it made me laugh and it made me go “wow”. Going to an exhibition is a great way to expand your mind. Give yourself the opportunity to go to a museum you normally wouldn’t go to, as it is a great way to look at things from a new angle. Be inspired by things you are not familiar with, or fully understand. Just like I did when I went to “The Riverside Museum” who has been named the most innovative museum in the fields of technology, labour and social history by the European Museums Academy. //Marianne

Brain exercise

Both our bodies and brains need exercise in order to function optimally. But people tend to forget to exercise their brain. You can exercise your brain by reading a book, solving suduko, playing computer games or doing a course. However, watching your favourite TV show does not exercise the brain. Playing chess, or learning a new language does. Why not play with Lego? Could be done by yourself or together with your children. I do it all the time. //Marianne

3 things

Before you go to sleep tonight, think of 3 positive things that have happened during the day. They can be big or small. If you are short of time, this can be done while you are brushing your teeth. //Marianne

Your work life

Life is constantly changing around us, and many people spend more time at work than at home. No matter how much, or how little you work; it’s always a good idea to check your professional goals once a year. Set aside plenty of time to think about the following questions. Your answers might surprise you.
If you could become anything, what would you be?
If you could have any job you wanted, what would it be?
Except for your salary, what do you want from your job?

What do you believe in?

You have the power to decide what you believe in and what you don’t. You can choose to believe in anything, including yourself. //Marianne

The forces you are struggling with, that you feel are holding you back are illusions. They are not real, they never have been. See only the good that you desire in your mind”. Bob Proctor //Marianne
